Belly Fat and Diabetes a Possible Link

It's no real shocker that diabetes is increasing with the rate of obesity - but is belly fat really to blame?

Think again.

The cause of those unsightly love handles and many types of diabetes have one common link: poor eating habits.

Most people inadvertently look at their belly fat and think that it's the fat to blame, when, in fact, a person is fat because of the way that they eat - sounds simple enough to understand, right?

Well ... you'd think so; however, so-called professionals are advising people to cut calories, carbs and/or fats to lose weight - but a person's love handles have little to do with calories, carbs and fats.

Your belly fat is protecting you from the heavy amounts of toxins and acids that you are consuming. That's right, believe it or not, your love handles are contain a protective barrier between your certain tissues and those toxins.

Want to lose belly fat at least 50% faster than many popular fad diets? Begin by consuming very specific fat burning foods that are naturally designed (by nature) to rid your body of many toxins and regulate your pH and be amazed at how fast you get rid of those love handles and achieve that sexy waist you've always dreamed of!

Obesity blamed for doubling rate of diabetes cases - Yahoo! News: "The nation's obesity epidemic is exacting a heavy toll: The rate of new diabetes cases nearly doubled in the United States in the past 10 years, the government said Thursday. The highest rates were in the South, according to the first state-by-state review of new diagnoses. The worst was in West Virginia, where about 13 in 1,000 adults were diagnosed with the disease in 2005-07. The lowest was in Minnesota, where the rate was 5 in 1,000."
