Several years ago, I found myself travelling down an unhealthy spiral of weight gain, a lack of energy and dwindling self confidence about my appearance.
Many of my colleagues noticed my weight gain and made joking comments referencing my 'gut' and a medical doctor told me that I was obese. My pants were tight, my belly over-hanged my belt and I felt unappealing to the opposite sex.
Something had to change ...
I tried most of the popular fad diets (low carb / high protein, low fat, no fat, counting calories, etc.) and often had short term weight loss results ... but frequently put back on more weight than I lost!
Committed to finally gettting rid of my love handles, I kept pushing forward with my research and investment into my health. Finally, I came across a new approach to health and weight loss that completely changed my life!
I lost 10 pounds in the first 10 days ... and one pound a day for the next few weeks!
It was unbelievable! My health improved dramatically! I had more energy, required less sleep, thought more clearly, regained my confidence - I felt like a million bucks! (In fact, years later, I still look great and feel even better!!)
Armed with this knowledge, I decided I was going to make a difference in peoples' lives by sharing my experiences with the world.
