3 Wrong Ways to Lose Belly Fat


Many people want to know how to effectively lose belly fat.

Today, I thought I'd dispel a few myths by talking about what NOT to do ...

1. Don't Diet! Depriving yourself of food and depleting yourself of essential nutritions is not the healthy way to lose belly fat.

2. Throw away those weight loss pills! They might work in the short-term, but they're likely to cause you to pack on more weight in the long term.

3. Say "no" to gut-wrenching exercise programs! Grueling exercise programs are often unsustainable and can create an acidic state in your body ... it's a "one step forward - two steps back" type of approach.

The best way to lose love handles is to consume a regular diet of fat burning foods - these are natural foods that help to restore the overall health of your body and flush away the fat.

For example, many people believe that avocados are "bad for you" because they contain a lot of fats - the truth is that a moderate amount of avocado consumption (in combination with other fat burning foods) will actually help you rid fat faster than almost every fad diet on the market! AND, you'll have increased energy, vibrancy and think a lot clearer too!

Secondly, properly performed cardio. Many people believe that they have to go to the gym and bust out a heart-pounding and massively intense workout. The truth is that properly performed cardio is enjoyable and has greater health benefits. Pushing yourself too hard is not the answer for losing weight fast - it's about control and pace.

Thirdly, why do love handle exercises that aren't going to produce quick results? Performed correctly, love handles exercises can help shape and firm up your waist quickly and help you create that beach body in no time!
