The heart, kidneys, liver and trillions of cells depend on enzymes to function. Overprocessed foods don’t provide enough of those enzymes.
- Moisture is drawn out of foods in the additive process so that bacteria won’t grow in the food. That process also sucks out valuable nutrients.
- Factory cooking processes also cook out and freeze out most of the original nutrients you think you’re getting. Any food cooked above 112 degrees Farenheit will begin losing enzymes and nutrients."
